People & Culture Executive

About the role

The People & Culture Executive supports the daily operations of the People & Culture function, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, record keeping and employee engagement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation programmes for new colleagues.
• Maintain accurate People & Culture records, databases and files.
• Administer colleague benefits and respond to related inquiries.
• Handle employee questions on policies, procedures and resolve relations matters constructively.
• Coordinate logistics for training and development initiatives.
• Prepare reports, track data and contribute to analysis for People & Culture metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations and immigration requirements.
• Participate in projects and events that enhance engagement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Government Relations for visa processing and with other departments for aligned initiatives.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with HR record‑keeping and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of employment and immigration regulations in the UAE.
