About the role

We are looking for a People & Culture Officer to join our vibrant team at the Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai. In this role you will support daily HR operations, act as a bridge between staff and management, and help create a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a collaborative culture.
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and staff.
  • Help streamline HR procedures to improve efficiency and satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1‑2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Familiarity with UAE labour legislation and HR systems.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
