People Graduate HR Operations

About the role

We are seeking a curious and driven graduate to join our People team in Dubai. The role sits within HR Operations, giving you hands‑on exposure to the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to HR data management and day‑to‑day employee support.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre‑onboarding and onboarding activities for new joiners.
• Prepare HR documentation using approved templates.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance and other functions to ensure smooth processes.
• Maintain accurate employee information across HR systems.
• Handle employee lifecycle changes, respond to queries and follow issues through to resolution.
• Assist with reporting, trackers and HR data requirements.
• Identify repetitive or inefficient steps, propose simplifications or automation, and help test and implement new workflows.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in Human Resources.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to question existing processes.
• Ability to take ownership of operational tasks and see them through.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
