Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Pharmacist will deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care in a community setting, supporting patients to achieve optimal health. Working six days a week, the role involves medication preparation, dispensing, and therapeutic monitoring in accordance with UAE regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications by reviewing physician orders, compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Monitor drug therapies, detect therapeutic incompatibilities, and advise on interventions.
• Maintain proper storage conditions for all medications and manage inventory, including controlled substances.
• Ensure all personal and company licences are up‑to‑date with governmental requirements.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, verify their work, and organise workflow to achieve operational excellence.
• Provide pharmacological information to healthcare professionals and counsel patients on drug therapies.
• Participate in training programs for staff, interns, and other healthcare professionals.
• Comply with local and international laws, infection‑control protocols, and maintain a safe, clean working environment.

Required profile

• Current registration as a pharmacist in the UAE.
• Knowledge of DHA and MOH regulations governing pharmacy practice.
• Experience in community pharmacy or patient support programs.
• Ability to maintain accurate records for controlled substances and expired products.
