PMC Contracts Manager – Major Projects

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Contracts Manager to join its Oil, Gas & New Energies business supporting two awarded major EPC projects for an ADNOC offshore client. The position is based full‑time in Abu Dhabi and focuses on post‑award contract administration and claim management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts for two major EPC projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
• Safeguard contractual entitlements and manage the full claims lifecycle.
• Provide contract‑related guidance and leadership to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
• Prepare and review contract documents, variations, and progress reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract management for large‑scale oil and gas EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of post‑award contract administration, claims handling and risk mitigation.
• Ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and contractual frameworks.
