About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool and beach operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness and service excellence.
• Lead and motivate service teams, scheduling staff and managing performance.
• Coordinate VIP experiences and special events, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
• Monitor inventory, supplies and equipment, ensuring timely maintenance.
• Uphold brand standards and luxury aesthetics across all pool and beach areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury beach clubs, resorts or high‑end pool environments.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Guest‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering premium service.
