Pool & Recreation Supervisor – Sheikh Zayed Road

About the role

The Pool & Recreation Supervisor ensures a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests at the Marriott Executive Apartments on Sheikh Zayed Road. You will oversee daily pool operations, guide fitness activities, and support the recreation team in delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Assess guests' fitness levels and design personalized exercise programs.
• Provide guidance on proper use of fitness equipment and supervise pool activities.
• Register, schedule and promote recreation activities for guests.
• Coordinate maintenance requests for pool and fitness equipment.
• Maintain supplies such as cups and water in the recreation area.
• Enforce safety rules and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling and performance coaching of recreation staff.
• Process payments for equipment rentals, activity fees and facility bookings.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in pool, fitness or recreation supervision.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and provide excellent guest service.
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness and quality standards.
