Presentation Designer

About the role

Blue Ray Printing is seeking a Presentation Designer to transform data and ideas into compelling PowerPoint decks. The role focuses on visual storytelling, ensuring each slide communicates a clear message while adhering to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply strong aesthetic sense to push the boundaries of PowerPoint design.
• Create and maintain high-quality presentation templates.
• Produce polished, high-end PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on diverse projects, gaining exposure to multiple business functions.
• Provide graphic support, offering layout recommendations and visual enhancements.
• Craft visual narratives that effectively convey ideas or campaigns.
• Organize slides cohesively and ensure brand integrity throughout.
• Proofread presentations for accuracy and consistency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional diploma in computer software/hardware preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Customer-service experience and knowledge of administrative procedures.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Microsoft Office suite – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Windows operating system.
• Fundamental understanding of computer networking.
