About the role

GEMS Metropole School Al Waha is seeking a Primary Inclusion Teacher to join its international community in Dubai starting August 2026. Key responsibilities

• Deliver inclusive primary‑level lessons in line with the school’s vision and curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent related to Inclusion.
• Proven experience teaching inclusion at primary level.
• Willingness to collaborate and share outstanding practice.
• Growth mindset, reflective and solution‑focused attitude.
• Creative, enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, students and parents.
• Track record of outstanding learning and teaching.
