About the role
We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to train its newest language model on software development tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated work across core software engineering workflows, allowing you to contribute to cutting‑edge AI research while working on your own schedule.
Required profile
- Senior or Staff Software Engineer with 5+ years at a top technology company.
- Strong expertise in system design, algorithms, and software architecture.
- Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with a variety of programming languages.
- Familiarity with multiple development methodologies.

What we offer
- Compensation of $100 per hour.
- Flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired).
