Private Banking Service Specialist (UAE National)

About the role

The Private Banking unit at Emirates Islamic Bank develops and manages high‑net‑worth client portfolios. The Specialist supports Relationship Managers by handling client requests for basic banking products and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Process client transactions such as transfers, cheque clearing, cash handling, and fixed‑deposit operations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance and other departments to execute client instructions under RM supervision.
• Maintain client confidentiality, prepare required documentation, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Perform compliance checks, due‑diligence and AML screening as per bank policies.
• Assist senior team members and address minor operational queries directly with clients.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking or related field.
• 1–2 years of banking experience, preferably in a customer‑care or service environment.
• Advanced knowledge of basic banking products and associated operational processes.
• Strong understanding of compliance, due‑diligence and anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
