PRO – Emiratization Specialist

About the role

The PRO – Emiratization specialist will manage all government‑related procedures for a leading Dubai conglomerate, ensuring smooth visa, labor, and licensing processes. This position supports the company’s expansion across the MENA region by maintaining compliance with MOHRE, Tas’heel, GDRFA, and other authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle work permits, labor contracts, status changes, Emirates ID, medicals, visa stamping, renewals, cancellations and resolve rejections.
• Maintain active establishment records for Labor, Immigration & Residency (MOHRE, Tas’heel, GDRFA, Amer, ICP).
• Manage initial approvals, name reservations, MOA preparation, license issuance/renewals, amendments and branch setups.
• Liaise with government bodies to clear inspections, fines and ensure compliance for company set‑up, licensing and free‑zone processes.
• Advise clients on mainland vs. free‑zone routes, prepare document checklists, collect fees and coordinate with authorities.
• Maintain comprehensive trackers and master logs of all submissions, receipts and outputs for audit readiness.

Required profile

• Male, aged 38 years or below.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a PRO / Government Relations role handling MOHRE, ICP and GDRFA transactions.
• Hands‑on experience with MOHRE/Tas’heel, ICP Smart Services and GDRFA/Amer portals.
• Strong exposure to DET/Invest in Dubai or free‑zone licensing processes.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to travel between centres.
