Procurement Executive – Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Executive – Finance to join Zabeel House The Greens, a vibrant hotel in Dubai. The role will support the procurement function by managing purchase requisitions, supplier interactions and supporting sourcing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
• Ensure procurement requests follow approval workflows and delegation of authority.
• Support sourcing activities, including RFQs/RFPs and quotation comparisons.
• Liaise with suppliers for quotations, deliveries and issue resolution.
• Maintain the supplier database and assist with onboarding/registration.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems preferred.
• Strong administrative and coordination abilities.
