Procurement & Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

ReflowX is seeking a motivated and organised Procurement & Sales Support Coordinator to join its team in Dubai Production City. The role involves supporting procurement activities, handling customer enquiries, maintaining CRM records and assisting with supplier sourcing across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track minor procurement enquiries.
• Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers and customers.
• Respond to RFQs from DEWA and other clients.
• Source and identify local suppliers for required materials and equipment.
• Obtain pricing, lead times and supplier quotations.
• Follow up with suppliers and customers on outstanding enquiries.
• Monitor and respond to Sales IQ website chats.
• Qualify new enquiries and ensure all leads are recorded in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update opportunity statuses.
• Support the procurement team with administrative and commercial tasks.
• Collaborate with the management team on procurement activities.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with suppliers and customers via phone and email.
• Previous experience in procurement, sales support or customer service is an advantage.
