Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are an engineering plastics manufacturer with production sites in Austria and Germany and a purchasing hub in Dubai. The Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist will manage the full procurement and intercompany order‑management cycle for all entities, ensuring reliable delivery of high‑performance thermoplastics.

Key responsibilities

• Convert ERP dispositions into accurate purchase orders for Austria, Germany and the UAE.
• Verify article setup, pricing and conditions before ordering.
• Check incoming order confirmations, update the ERP system and track delivery dates.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts and bundling with European and Asian suppliers.
• Maintain long‑term supplier relationships and handle complaints or claims.
• Act as internal supplier and buyer in the intercompany buy‑and‑sell process, calculate margins and provide internal quotes.
• Collaborate closely with inside sales, logistics and management.

Required profile

• Structured, precise and reliable working style.
• Strong commercial understanding of procurement processes.
• Technical knowledge of engineering plastics and product specifications is a plus.

Required skills

• ERP competence (hands‑on experience required).
