Product Development Supervisor

About the role

The Product Development Supervisor will own the commercial performance of all after‑sales products for BMW AGMC across the UAE network. This includes service packages, warranty extensions, insurance‑linked offers and AI‑based package platforms. The role consolidates fragmented programs into a single, revenue‑driven stream with clear targets and monthly visibility for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead management: own the lead pool for after‑sales products, distribute leads to branches, set response standards and track conversion.
• ASI program oversight: ensure pricing accuracy, eligibility rules and consistent application across all branches.
• Sales target and reporting: carry a sales target for ASI, BSI, Allianz, QBE and DPP and report monthly progress.
• Product development: design and launch new after‑sales products, define pricing logic, margin structure and business case.
• AI packages platform ownership: work with IT and vendors on product rules, pricing engine, data accuracy and user training.
• Supplier and partner management: coordinate with insurance partners and execute joint campaigns.
• Warranty and Pitstop 360 coordination: manage coverage overlaps, claims handling and customer transfer strategy.
• Campaigns and training: organise package extension campaigns and deliver training to service advisors and CRM staff.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in automotive after‑sales, service contracts or F&I products, preferably with a premium brand.
• Strong commercial understanding of package pricing, margin structures and product design.
• Advanced reporting and analytical capabilities.
