Product Growth Manager – Digital Platforms

About the role

Ready to shape the next phase of digital product growth, our client seeks a commercially‑minded Product Growth Manager to own strategy, performance and market expansion of key digital product modules across B2B and B2C markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, roadmap, objectives and performance targets for assigned digital areas.
• Identify commercial opportunities, develop monetisation initiatives and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitive intelligence to set product priorities.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with technical product managers, engineering and senior stakeholders to deliver high‑impact features.
• Develop and execute growth strategies covering acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement and retention.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, operations and other internal teams to scale the product.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, using data to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Technology or related field.
• 7–10 years of product management experience, preferably in growth, monetisation or digital products.
• Proven track record of increasing user adoption, improving retention and delivering measurable revenue growth.
