Product Owner – Digital Solutions

About the role

Product Owner will partner with ADIB’s digital leadership team to shape and deliver digital solutions that transform customer experiences. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role focuses on defining product strategies, visions and execution plans for the bank’s digital portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product managers and cross‑functional teams in designing and delivering digital solutions that address business problems and capture market opportunities.
• Define the product portfolio, set major product decisions, and manage road‑maps in collaboration with the Digital Factory team.
• Prepare and present product visions and proposals to senior leadership, aligning new opportunities with ADIB’s strategic goals.
• Drive innovation by working with partners across the organization and nurturing top talent for future growth.

Required profile

• Deep experience in digital product development and marketing, preferably within a digital banking environment.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills and ability to interpret product metrics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a team.
• Thought leadership with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Experience launching and managing live digital products.
• Ability to design consumer‑focused, high‑quality digital experiences.
