Product Owner

About the role

ThinkMarkets, a global fintech firm delivering multi‑asset trading solutions, is seeking a Product Owner to lead the development of innovative digital products, with a focus on AI‑assisted capabilities. Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA and subject‑matter experts to translate market needs into clear product requirements and drive delivery from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with business and technology goals.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude or Claude Code for product discovery, requirements gathering and documentation.
• Own, prioritize and maintain the product backlog, balancing business value, customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Translate business and technical requirements into user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and ensure development readiness.
• Partner with technical teams to evaluate solutions across usability, performance, scalability, security and maintainability.
• Use data, user feedback and performance insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage multiple product initiatives in parallel and act as the bridge between business and technology teams.
• Stay informed on emerging AI and LLM technologies and propose innovative product ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude or Claude Code.
