Product Owner Wealth and Trading

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Product Owner to lead the Wealth and Trading product line. The role can be based in Krakow, Barcelona, Madrid, Dubai or London, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid model. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for wealth and trading features, aligning with company strategy.
• Set team goals, success metrics and monitor performance against targets.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering and Data teams to deliver high‑impact features.
• Analyse market data, user feedback and financial metrics to prioritize work.
• Drive product launches, growth initiatives and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a high‑growth tech or finance environment.
• 2+ years building technical products such as platforms or distributed systems.
• 1+ years of people‑management experience, directly overseeing engineers, designers and operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ROI‑based prioritisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
