Production & Sales Coordinator – Glass Processing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production‑Sales Coordinator to act as the communication bridge between our Production and Sales teams in the glass processing industry. The role ensures smooth order flow and on‑time delivery, supporting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Production teams.
• Track and monitor daily orders, order status, and production requirements.
• Communicate order specifications, priorities, and changes clearly to production.
• Follow up on order progress and proactively flag delays or issues.
• Coordinate scheduling to align production capacity with sales commitments.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, timelines, and production updates.
• Resolve discrepancies between order requirements and production capabilities.

Required profile

• Prior experience in the glass processing industry in a coordination role (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of glass production processes and order management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
