Program Manager – Treasury Solutions

About the role

Ripple Treasury is looking for a Program Manager to lead multi‑solution client implementations across the Middle East from our Dubai office. You will act as the bridge between project‑level execution and executive‑level engagement, ensuring clients realise the full value of Ripple Treasury on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Own program‑level delivery for a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations, coordinating progress across solutions, teams and client partners.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive partners, aligning scope, timelines and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs and reporting in line with Ripple Treasury delivery standards.
• Identify and manage cross‑project dependencies, risks and customer concerns; drive issue resolution with internal and external teams.
• Facilitate executive status updates, steering committee meetings and post‑implementation reviews.
• Partner with Project Managers, providing mentorship, quality oversight and support for blocking issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales and Customer Success to align delivery with client objectives.
• Champion program governance, change management and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to PMO capability building, including playbook development and team mentoring.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 2 years managing enterprise‑level SaaS or professional services implementations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑solution programs with remote and global teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels, including C‑suite sponsors.
• Experience working with internal delivery teams and third‑party partners such as systems integrators or consulting firms.
• Solid understanding of treasury, cash management or financial risk management processes.
• Demonstrated capability to identify, raise and resolve program risks in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate complex delivery status into clear executive narratives.
• Experience mentoring junior PMs while managing your own program load.
• Proven ability to work effectively across Middle East cultures, time zones and business conventions, with willingness to travel regionally.
