About the role
We are looking for a Project Administrator to join a leading IT consulting partner in Dubai. You will manage end‑to‑end project execution within SAP, coordinate with telecom providers, and support sales performance through accurate forecasting and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and update statistical forecasts using SAP business data.
- Run full project lifecycle processes, from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Track project costs, margins, and timelines; support revenue and cost recognition.
- Coordinate contract and project queries with subsidiaries.
- Provide customer support and prepare usage reports (add‑ons, data, call usage).
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience managing project financials and lifecycle activities.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Organised, detail‑driven and able to work independently.
