Project Document Controller – Real Estate

About the role

The Project Document Controller will manage the creation, modification, issuance, and accessibility of all project documentation for real‑estate and technology projects. Reporting to the Project Director, you will ensure that documents such as contracts, plans, manuals, RFIs, letters, and technical papers are accurately controlled and readily available.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all project participants follow the agreed Aconex procedures.
• Build and manage workflows on the Aconex platform.
• Register all incoming and outgoing correspondence, minutes of meetings, drawings, and technical submittals.
• Maintain a comprehensive register of mail, stamping and recording each item before distribution.
• Control numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard‑copy records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in document control within a construction or real‑estate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
