Project Management Specialist – Civil & Electronics Engineering

About the role

REMAYA is seeking a Specialist in Project Management to act as the bridge between engineering disciplines and project delivery for military‑grade shooting range projects. The role involves overseeing civil and electronic installations, ensuring technical compliance, and supporting the full project lifecycle from design to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret project specifications, design drawings, and client requirements.
• Evaluate technical proposals for compliance with contractual and engineering standards.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
• Supervise civil and electronic installation activities on‑site, ensuring adherence to drawings, quality, and safety standards.
• Track project progress, identify risks or deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct inspections and prepare weekly site progress reports and technical records.
• Maintain as‑built drawings, material logs, and documentation of site modifications.
• Engage with stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to align execution with design intent.
• Enforce quality control, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Proven experience in site‑based roles for infrastructure, system integration, or multi‑discipline projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and electronic system installation.
