Project Manager Future Campus Development

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the development of the Future Campus, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver a large‑scale, multidisciplinary project from concept through execution readiness. This senior position reports to senior leadership and works closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, budgets and approval requirements.
• Lead projects through the full development lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies to management approval and transition to execution.
• Translate strategic, operational and technical requirements into project briefs, business cases, scopes of work and implementation strategies.
• Act as the primary coordination interface among Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Facilities, IT, Security, HSE and external consultants.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and management reviews to align requirements, resolve interfaces and support timely decision‑making.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments, preliminary budgets, development schedules, risk assessments and execution strategies.
• Prepare and present project progress, recommendations, risks, issues and decisions to senior leadership and approval committees.
• Support contract development and procurement activities in collaboration with Procurement and Legal.
• Monitor third‑party service providers engaged during the development stage and ensure readiness for handover to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum eight years of experience in project development, project management, programme management, engineering or consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering multidisciplinary projects from concept through approval to execution readiness.
