Project Manager – High‑Rise Building Construction

About the role

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mega‑scale high‑rise building projects in the UAE. The role covers end‑to‑end delivery from mobilisation through testing, commissioning and final handover, ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of high‑rise building projects, from mobilisation to handover.
• Oversee complex works such as deep excavation, dewatering, shoring, secant/diaphragm walls, raft foundations and superstructure construction.
• Manage cost, programme, quality, HSE, resources and overall delivery performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and UAE authorities.
• Control budgets, cash flow, variations, value engineering and FIDIC‑based contracts in partnership with the commercial team.
• Drive authority approvals, inspections, NOCs and handover documentation.
• Develop site logistics plans for tower cranes, material hoists, vertical transport and concrete pumping.
• Monitor critical path and mitigate construction, procurement, technical and schedule risks.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including construction, MEP, QA/QC, HSE, planning and commercial functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience (120 months) managing 50+ storey high‑rise buildings and deep‑basement structures.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary construction teams in the UAE.
• Strong commercial, planning and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, HSE standards and FIDIC contracts.
