Project Manager – Infrastructure Design

About the role

Parsons is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of medium to large infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and contractual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects, developing scope, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring expectations and deliverables are met.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions for risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities.
• Lead staffing, team development, performance management, and mentoring of direct reports.
• Oversee project controls, including risk, change, and recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, security, and contractual requirements.
• Manage documentation, reporting, change control, and contract variations.
• Chair project meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain accurate records.
• Support business development by identifying additional service opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium to large infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Demonstrated competence in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Ability to mentor and develop project staff.
