Project Manager

About the role

Mammoet is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a variety of high‑impact projects across Dubai and the wider region. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects of varying scale and complexity.
• Manage contract administration, risk registers, and financial controls.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective decision‑making.
• Oversee project preparation, quality assurance, and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in heavy lifting, construction, renewables, oil & gas, offshore, ports, or mining.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a recognised Project Management qualification.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work on diverse project sites.
