Project Manager - Joinery

About the role

Luxxe is seeking an experienced Joinery Project Manager to lead high‑end joinery and interior fit‑out projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple joinery projects from planning through successful completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor schedules, resources, costs, and progress, proactively resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful project handovers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing joinery and interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, installation, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, programmes, and subcontractors.
• Results‑driven with excellent planning and problem‑solving abilities.
