Project Manager – LPG Gas Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex LPG gas infrastructure projects across the UAE. You will own projects from concept to hand‑over, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and engineering excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, schedules, milestones and resource allocations.
• Manage project budgets, CAPEX, cost forecasts and cash‑flow to meet financial targets.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing and final hand‑over.
• Coordinate engineering drawings, BOQs and technical specifications with multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe, high‑quality construction.
• Lead stakeholder meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities (Civil Defence, Municipality, ADNOC, MOIAT, etc.).
• Control commercial exposure through variation orders, claims and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and status updates for senior management.
• Ensure HSE compliance and champion a zero‑incident safety culture.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and complete project documentation for hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–15 years of experience delivering LPG gas projects or broader oil & gas installations.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting safety, quality, cost and schedule goals.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
