Project Manager - Luxury Villa Construction

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Project Manager (minimum 5 years in a site manager role) to join our client’s team for ongoing and upcoming luxury villa construction projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day‑to‑day construction site activities to ensure work follows design, specifications, and schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth execution of project deliverables.
• Review drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.
• Identify, document, and support the preparation of Variation Orders, Claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 5–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer/Project Engineer in building construction projects, with specific villa experience.
• Proven experience handling variations, claims, and EOT documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and methods.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
