Project Manager – Multidisciplinary Architecture & Engineering

About the role

NAGANAGA Architects, Designers & Planners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary architectural and engineering projects across the UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural and multidisciplinary projects from concept through construction documentation and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, urban planners, and specialist consultants throughout all phases.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage budgets, timelines, deliverables, and overall project performance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Organise and lead project, design coordination, and progress review meetings.
• Ensure design deliverables comply with local regulations and company quality standards.
• Prepare reports, status updates, meeting minutes, and executive presentations.
• Support contract administration and monitor project variations.
• Mentor junior team members and promote cross‑disciplinary collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in an architectural or engineering consultancy.
• Proven experience with hospitality, residential, commercial, mixed‑use, and master‑planned developments.
• GCC experience preferred; PMP certification is an advantage.
