Project Manager – Real Estate Technology (Arabic/English)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Arabic‑speaking Project Manager to join our Dubai team. You will lead the delivery of real‑estate technology projects, coordinating between developers, QA, business analysts and clients to ensure successful implementation and go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through implementation and post‑go‑live support.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate clients, business stakeholders, developers, QA and internal teams.
• Maintain project schedules, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to management and clients.
• Oversee UAT, deployment and post‑implementation activities.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software or technology projects.
• Mandatory experience in the real‑estate sector, ideally with developers.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Proven track record managing software implementation or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong client and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
