Property Advisor – Multilingual (Dutch/French/German)

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Off‑Plan division and seeks Dubai‑based Property Advisors fluent in Dutch, French or German. The role focuses on connecting international investors with premium off‑plan projects, leveraging language skills to build trust and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and nurture relationships with Dutch, French or German speaking clients and investors.
• Present off‑plan property opportunities, conduct market analysis and tailor proposals.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting, negotiations and closing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign support.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate or luxury sales, preferably within Dubai/UAE.
• Fluency in Dutch, French or German (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
