Property Consultant - French Speaker

About the role

Imza Premium Properties is seeking a French‑speaking Property Consultant to join its Dubai office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting luxury residential and commercial properties, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Source and promote property listings, including off‑plan and resale projects.
• Conduct property viewings and present options to clients in both English and French.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and close transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai market trends and pricing.
• Generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real‑estate sales within Dubai, preferably with secondary‑property transactions.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
