About the role

Join a boutique luxury real‑estate team in Dubai, operating from a premium Business Bay office. You will serve ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients who view property as a lifestyle statement, providing market intelligence, discretion, and a commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage full portal and listing support to generate and manage leads.
• Access developers and attend off‑plan roadshows to present exclusive projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with UHNW clients, understanding their lifestyle and investment goals.
• Provide accurate market analysis, negotiate terms, and close sales efficiently.
• Ensure all transactions are compliant and commissions are processed the same month the SPA is signed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate or 3+ years in UHNW client relationship roles with a proven track record.
• Fluency in any of the following languages: Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian, or Portuguese.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client‑service skills.
