Property Consultant – Off‑Plan & Secondary (Dubai)

About the role

Luxury Concierge Real Estate is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join its Business Bay office. You will focus on off‑plan and secondary market transactions, driving sales while benefiting from a commission structure that rewards timely closings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture client relationships for off‑plan and resale properties.
• Present property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers.
• Collaborate with the brokerage’s lead generation team and attend international roadshows.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of UAE real‑estate experience (fresh graduates with a strong sales mindset are welcome).
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the off‑plan market and secondary property market in the UAE.
