About the role

Join haus & haus, one of Dubai’s leading real‑estate agencies, as a Property Consultant. You will work within a dynamic team that handles residential sales and leasing, off‑plan projects, commercial properties and short‑term rentals, delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outreach calls to prospective landlords and sellers to generate new business.
• Conduct accurate market appraisals and provide pricing recommendations.
• Capture high‑quality property photographs and craft compelling listings for major online portals.
• Analyse client requirements and propose suitable property solutions.
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing data and regulatory changes.
• Maintain transparent communication to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or other client‑facing roles.
• Strong passion for real‑estate and a desire to deepen industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Proactive, energetic and comfortable collaborating within a team.
