Public Relations Manager – MENA

About the role

Xsolla is looking for a seasoned Public Relations Manager to lead PR and media‑relations initiatives across the MENA region. You will shape the company’s image among gamers, developers, partners and industry influencers while working from our Cyprus office or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Tier‑1 and local media outlets in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Egypt and the wider MENA market.
• Develop and execute a strategic media‑relations plan targeting English‑ and Arabic‑language print, broadcast and online platforms.
• Coordinate PR activities, including event logistics and speaking opportunities at regional games, fintech and Web3 conferences.
• Collaborate with the integrated marketing manager to produce content for traditional and digital channels, respecting regional cultural norms.
• Manage media inquiries, interview requests and craft press releases, bylined articles and presentation scripts.
• Identify and evaluate partnership, sponsorship and advertising opportunities within the region.

Required profile

• Strong writing ability and a solid understanding of games technology, fintech and online forums.
• Proactive, responsible and trustworthy with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience working in or with the MENA market and fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
