Public Sector Partnerships Lead - Middle East

About the role

ElevenLabs is looking for a senior leader to build and grow its public‑sector business across the Middle East. The Public Sector Partnerships Lead will bridge government institutions and the go‑to‑market team to drive adoption of ElevenLabs’ AI audio and voice solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure government partnership opportunities across sectors such as healthcare, education, smart cities and sovereign wealth funds.
• Build and maintain a network of senior contacts in ministries, regulatory authorities, sovereign funds and state‑owned enterprises in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
• Promote adoption of ElevenLabs products in collaboration with the GTM team and represent the company at conferences and industry events.
• Lead engagement on AI governance, safety, privacy, data protection and digital‑rights issues, monitoring emerging regulations and advising internal teams.
• Define and execute policy campaigns and impact initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience building public‑sector relationships that resulted in commercial or technology‑adoption outcomes.
• Extensive, current network of senior government decision‑makers and technology buyers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia; broader GCC contacts are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of regional AI policy, including governance, safety, copyright, privacy and data‑protection frameworks.
• Proven ability to design, advocate for and influence policy outcomes and to build coalitions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
