QA & Quality Control Advisor

About the role

EnerMech is seeking a QA & Quality Control Advisor to lead the implementation of its Group quality objectives across complex energy projects. You will act as the primary quality contact, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ASME and internal standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality leadership and support the rollout of EnerMech’s Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
• Develop and execute the annual Quality Audit programme, tracking corrective actions to closure.
• Review pre‑qualification and tender requests, preparing quality documentation for project deliverables.
• Assist project, engineering and business development teams on quality matters and ensure adherence to accredited standards.
• Maintain quality records, generate reports, and coordinate internal, subcontractor and third‑party audits.
• Liaise with external bodies on quality issues and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within industrial or energy services.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ASME standards.
• Ability to lead audits, manage corrective actions and influence behavioural change.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
