QC Manager – ISO 9001 Lead – Dubai

About the role

DEOW International is looking for an experienced QC Manager to lead its quality management system in a manufacturing environment in Dubai. The role focuses on ISO 9001 implementation, audit coordination, and continuous improvement across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage QA/QC inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Handle Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Plan and conduct internal, external, and third‑party quality audits.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives throughout the plant.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 QMS implementation and auditing.
• Knowledge of ASTM, BS and EN standards.
• Experience with NCR, RCA and CAPA processes.
• Conducting quality audits and driving continuous improvement.
