QEHS Digital Analyst - UAE National

About the role

As a QEHS Digital Analyst you will drive digital transformation for quality, environment, health and safety (QEHS) functions, creating intelligent reporting solutions and AI‑powered analytics that improve operational excellence across Siemens Energy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digitalisation initiatives and business process automation to boost efficiency.
• Design, develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive scorecards.
• Extract, analyse and visualise data from enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP and Enablon.
• Support continuous‑improvement programmes through audits, corrective actions and risk‑management strategies.
• Design and deploy AI agents and intelligent assistants for automated reporting, knowledge management, KPI monitoring and compliance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Quality, EHS or Business Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001, 27001).
• Proven track record in digital transformation, process automation and management reporting.
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
