Quality Assurance Manager, GCC (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the quality of Kyowa Kirin's product portfolio across the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain). This six‑month fixed‑term position ensures that medicines meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while supporting uninterrupted patient access.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality oversight for the GCC product portfolio, guaranteeing product quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage regional Quality Management Systems, including audits, complaints, recalls, CAPAs and oversight of distributors and contract manufacturing organisations.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, distributors and health authorities to maintain continuous supply of medicines.
• Oversee product release activities, quality agreements and ensure GMP & GDP compliance throughout the region.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Required profile

• A degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent field.
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP and Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with GCC and EU regulatory requirements.
