Quantitative Researcher – Crypto HFT (Junior/Mid)

About the role

We are looking for a junior to mid‑level Quantitative Researcher to join our crypto high‑frequency trading desk in Dubai. You will work directly on live strategies, turning raw tick data into actionable alpha signals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build systematic alpha signals across crypto markets.
• Back‑test ideas in Python and productionise robust models in C++.
• Work with high‑frequency tick data, focusing on market microstructure rather than macro trends.
• Iterate quickly: prototype, test, and deploy at speed.

Required profile

• Strong foundations in C++ and Python, knowing when to use each language.
• Solid quantitative background: statistics, probability and time‑series analysis.
• Genuine curiosity about crypto market microstructure and its unique quirks.
• A junior/mid‑level CV that demonstrates hunger and hands‑on experience.
