Quantity Survey Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying (QS) Manager to lead commercial activities on large‑scale construction projects across the United Arab Emirates. The role involves overseeing cost management from pre‑contract through post‑contract stages for mega‑developments valued at AED 500 million or more.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all project commercial activities from pre‑contract to post‑contract phases.
• Develop and implement robust cost management and commercial strategies.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, variations, claims, and contractual risks.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, cost reporting, claims, variations, and final account settlements.
• Ensure effective contract administration and change management.
• Mentor and lead QS and commercial teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management experience in construction.
• Proven experience on mega projects (AED 500 million+), including high‑rise residential towers, commercial buildings, hospitality, and large‑scale infrastructure.
• Demonstrated expertise with FIDIC contracts and other international contract forms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior management.
