About the role

LUMINI Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent to join its growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on driving property sales and leasing activities while providing excellent client service in the dynamic UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive property sales and leasing transactions.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships with proactive follow‑up.
• Negotiate deals and contracts to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide market insights and advise clients on Dubai’s property landscape.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real‑estate experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
• Proven track record in sales and/or leasing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and professional demeanor.
• Good command of English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
