About the role

Tanami Properties, a leading Dubai‑based brokerage, is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent fluent in Russian, German, Italian, French, Spanish and Czech. You will connect international investors and end‑users with off‑plan and secondary projects, helping them navigate payment plans, ROI and market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, end‑users and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment structures, ROI calculations and market dynamics.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches and represent the company at real‑estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in Dubai’s real‑estate market, preferably luxury segment.
• Self‑motivated with a strong ability to generate business independently.
• Professional, ambitious and performance‑driven attitude.
• Fluent in English and at least one of the listed languages.
