Real Estate Agent – Secondary Market (Full‑time)

About the role

NUVÉ Properties is expanding its Secondary Market division in Dubai and seeks an ambitious Real Estate Agent to drive resale transactions, manage client relationships, and grow the company’s listings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage buyers and sellers from initial enquiry through qualification, viewings, negotiation and closing.
• Generate and maintain a personal pipeline of listings and leads.
• Conduct market research on community pricing and trends.
• Collaborate with listing, conveyancing and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Provide consistent follow‑up and excellent client service throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real‑estate sales experience, preferably in the secondary market.
• Proven track record in resale transactions, client handling, negotiation and closing.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property pricing.
• Valid UAE driving licence and fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable in a performance‑based sales environment.
